Willcare, part of the LHC Group and within Optum, seeks Per Diem Personal Care Assistants I/II to provide environmental, nutritional and personal care support in clients' homes. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, meal prep and safe equipment use, with occasional overnight coverage as needed.
Requirements include a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, plus NY state home health aide training or equivalent experience.
