Breakthroughs LLC is seeking a reliable Caregiver/Companion to join our team in Land O' Lakes, FL and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with in-home support and community outings.
You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and promote safety and engagement while maintaining accurate records. Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable vehicle with insurance, and background screening are required.
