Seniors Helping Seniors® empowers seniors to continue to live independent lives by taking care of day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age.
Qualifications:- Experienced male caregiver
- CNAs or HHA certification expected
- Mature individual who enjoys working with our senior population
- Caring, compassionate and reliable individual who empathizes with the aging process
- Understand the importance of our services to our seniors
- Have positive attitude and be dedicated to our mission
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to follow detailed instructions to execute our care plan
- Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism set by SHS
- Be proactive to find other ways to help our seniors once all tasks have been completed
- Assist with Dressing
- Assist with Feeding
- Assist with Showering / Bathing
- Mobility Assistance
- Assist with Toileting / Incontinence
- Memory Care
- Provide Companionship
- Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc…
- Shopping and Errands
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Pet Care
- Light Yard Work
- Light Handyman Services
- Overnight Supervision
- Incidental Transportation to doctor’s appointments, family or their favorite restaurant
