Location: City of Geneva
Center Well Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy in patients’ homes or facilities within Cayuga County. You will evaluate and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing and swallowing, participate in care plans, and document progress for ongoing coordination with the care team.
The role requires a minimum six months’ experience, an active license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
