  • Organize research workflows, schedules, records, and trial documentation
  • Communicate with study sponsors, research participants, and internal research teams
  • Help troubleshoot operational issues and keep studies moving according to protocol
  • Protect participant privacy and maintain confidential research records

  • You enjoy working at the intersection of science, healthcare, and people
  • You’re comfortable following detailed protocols while knowing when something needs to be escalated
  • You communicate confidently with research participants, study sponsors, and clinical teams
  • You understand that in clinical research, documentation matters
  • You’re curious, observant, and always thinking a few steps ahead
What You Bring
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Careful observation and assessment skills
  • Confidence working with computers, research documentation, and electronic systems
  • Ability to communicate with study sponsors and research participants
  • Experience operating clinical equipment such as ECG machines, spirometers, stadiometers, and scales
  • Basic phlebotomy and vital sign skills are a plus
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in post-graduate medical education and medical research studies
Why This Role Matters

Clinical trials depend on more than innovative treatments and great ideas. They depend on careful coordination, accurate documentation, participant support, regulatory compliance, and someone making sure all the pieces come together. That’s where you come in. Your work helps research teams answer important questions today that could change how patients are cared for tomorrow.
