We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our healthcare team. • - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• - Prepare meals and assist clients with nutritional needs based on their dietary requirements.
• - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a nurturing environment.
• - Maintain accurate records of each client's care, including changes in condition and activities performed.
• - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and high-quality care.
• - Follow care plans and healthcare protocols as directed by supervising medical staff.
• - Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• - Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on best practices and policies.

• - Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) as required by state regulations.
• - Previous experience in a similar role within a home health care setting is preferred.
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
