The Residential Campus Program Director performs a wide range operational and administrative functions under the general supervision of the Executive Director. Activities include daily management food service, maintenance, admissions, and residential milieu.

* Roles and Responsibilities:

**** Provide leadership and operational guidance to staff of the residential program including, but not limited to responding to client concerns, monitoring and responding to incidents, ensuring the facility is well maintained and that staffing levels are appropriate.
* Write, revise, and maintain residential program policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and alignment with Cayuga Health System (CHS) policies and procedures where appropriate.
* Ensure program licensures, certifications, and accreditations remain in good standing with OASAS, CARF, DOH, and Lead the team through surveys and site visits and swiftly respond to issues identified in need of correction. Ensure records are kept for leadership, staff and risk management meetings, implementation of the compliance program, all staff and providers are current with required trainings and competencies, and that documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies and funding sources.
