You’ll coordinate the placement of clinical employees across Elderwood’s skilled nursing and assisted living communities, balancing facility needs, employee availability, clearance requirements, and scheduling commitments.
This is a fast-moving, multi-site coordination role for someone who can see the full staffing picture, respond calmly when priorities shift, and build strong working relationships with clinical employees and facility leaders.
What Is Elderwood Staffing Solutions?Elderwood Staffing Solutions, or ESS, is Elderwood’s internal clinical float pool. ESS employees work across approved Elderwood locations to help facilities address open shifts, staffing changes, census needs, and other workforce demands.

Work Arrangement and TravelThis is a full-time, hybrid and mobile position. Work will be performed from Elderwood’s corporate office in Williamsville and onsite at participating Western New York facilities.
