Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking a Patient Care Technician for 8th Floor Med/Surg with regular day hours. Under RN supervision, you’ll assist in basic nursing care, hygiene, ADLs and mobility for non-acute patients, ensuring a safe environment and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities include identifying patients, reporting changes to caregivers, and documenting vital signs, intake/output and weights. Requires HS diploma and BLS/certifications by probation, with a 0.75 FTE on day shifts.
