We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide (HHACaregiver) to join our team in Islandia, NY. As a HHACaregiver, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibility will include, but not be limited to:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and managing medication schedules
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Encouraging mobility, stretching, and range-of-motion exercises
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients

As a Home Health Aide (HHACaregiver), you will be responsible for:

• Providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate records of client care and services
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal client care
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
