Goshen Speech & Hearing Center is seeking motivated candidates to join our multidisciplinary clinical team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role delivers evidence-based ABA therapy to children and young adults ages 2–21 in a one-on-one, office-based setting under the supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, teaching communication and daily living skills, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBAs and other clinicians.
