Compassionate Resident Care Aide Training

Elderwood in Vestal, NY is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Aide (RCA) to assist residents with daily living activities and personal care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will help with meals, grooming, mobility, dressing and safety while ensuring residents’ comfort and dignity.

This role requires strict adherence to care plans, HIPAA policies, and respectful communication with residents, families, and staff.
