Racker is seeking a Behavior Intervention Specialist to support individuals in our OPWDD-funded Residential Program. You’ll work with individuals and teams to promote independence, emotional well-being, and connection in Cortland & Ithaca locations.
The role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field, licensure in NYS or equivalent, and experience in designing and implementing behavioral support plans. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year with full benefits.
