About the Role
LBAPS is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat clients, design individualized therapy plans, and work closely with families and staff to support each child’s developmental progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify each child’s therapeutic needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical teams to support each child’s goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse client needs
