• Promoting independence and self‑advocacy through skill‑building activities and community integration
• Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
• Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to stay up‑to‑date on industry best practices
