Chiropractic Assistant needed in our New York location, located on the Upper West Side. A plus if you can work in both locations

Medical Scribe/Chiropractic Assistant needed in our NYC (Upper West Side) location.

Experience:

Medical Office, MUST have Experience as a Medical Scribe, EMR, SOAP Notes, Scheduling Patients, Liaison between patient and doctor,

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist and work with chiropractic doctor's daily schedule

Assist in evaluations and exams of patients

Documenting encounter with the doctor accurately in Chiro Touch

Assist with coordination and scheduling of patient appointments based on the treatment plans set by the doctor.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Available to work early mornings. Our NYC patient hours start at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. You will be required to be there 30 mins before the start of patient hours.

Part time position initially with full time after the 90-day probation period.

Our practice has two office locations. NYC location, on the Upper West Side as well as an office in Hackensack, NJ. There will be opportunities to work in both locations.

We are a longtime established chiropractic office that specializes in sports and soft tissue therapy. Currently, we have two offices with our primary location in Hackensack, NJ and our second office being located on West 67th St. in Manhattan. We have a very close team of employees that support our two doctors which allows for a smooth workday. We are hoping to find a hardworking individual with a great personality and communication skills, that is a quick learner to become part of our team.
