We are currently hiring for day, evening and overnight shifts
. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors, building meaningful relationships, and being part of a team that truly cares about the people we serve.
As a PCA, you’ll...
….provide hands‑on support to our residents while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide personal care and support based on each resident’s individual needs
- Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily routines as needed
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests
- Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member
- Provide companionship and meaningful interaction with residents
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment
- Work closely with nurses and fellow care team members to provide exceptional resident care
- Follow individualized care plans, community policies, and safety procedures
Days: 7:00am-3:00pm
Evenings: 3:00pm-11:00pm
Overnights: 11:00pm-7:00am
