Job Summary:
CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services, seeks a skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Hoosick Falls, New York. As a respected and compassionate mental health provider, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for older adult patients by delivering high-quality clinical services.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to residents with various mental health diagnoses
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify mental health needs and develop interventions
Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement resident-centered care plans
Participate in staff education and training programs to ensure continuous quality improvement
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Current licensure as a Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
