Summary:
Responsibilities may include supervising the stewarding department and cleaning any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel. PM shift. Previous supervisory/stewarding experience preferred.
- Supervise the stewarding department and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in areas related to the food and beverage function.
- Manage tasks for the PM shift and coordinate with hotel operations as needed.
