Our newly renovated 88 room Staybridge Suites Rochester University Hotel is seeking outgoing, personable, professional part‑time or Full‑time housekeeping candidates to provide our guests with superior customer service.

Hours:

9am - 4:30pm or 10am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities include:

• Mop and vacuum Guest room suites daily.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets and tub‑shower, restock soap, toilet paper, and provide clean towels.
• Thoroughly clean entire Guest Room Suite to include:
  Kitchenette, Bathroom, wash windows, dusting countertops, dresser tops, lamps and light bulbs.
• Strip dirty linens from rooms and make beds and refresh towels with clean linens.
• Empty trash cans on a daily basis.
• Combination of Light Touch and Full Clean housekeeping duties.
• Clean guest rooms as assigned according to hotel and brand standards, all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way.
• Act as an advocate for the hotel, create personal experiences and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return.
• Ensures guest satisfaction by cleaning guestrooms and corridors daily according to operational policies and standards.
• Maximizes job efficiency by maintaining and organizing supply cart, supply closet and vacuum cleaner.
