A leading catering company in New York is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a school catering team. This role involves planning menus, managing stock, and providing meal services. The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, strong craft and management skills, and a passion for fresh food. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 2.00pm, term-time only.
