Days Inn Elmsford & Motel 6 is hiring a Guest Service Representative to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. This is a Full-Time position. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have customer service experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you.

Your role is to help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

• Perform check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
• Register guests with necessary information
• Welcome guests and assign rooms
• Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities
• Respond to client complaints professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready
• Confirm group reservations and arrange services for VIPs and events
• Upsell additional facilities and services
• Maintain booking and payment records

• Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role
• Knowledge of hotel reservation software like Hotel Key and Syn Xis
• Understanding of travel websites like Booking and Trip Advisor
• Customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Hotel management degree is a plus
