This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Manager based in Rochester, NY. The Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations, including planning and coordinating events, managing staff, ensuring top-notch food service, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include menu planning, order coordination, quality control, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Manage catering staff and delegate responsibilities

• Menu planning and order coordination
• Quality control and on-site execution of events

• Experience in Food Service, Catering, and Food & Beverage management
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary preparations
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
