-issued card for borderless people — starting with Latin America’s most global elite. Our members are entrepreneurs, investors, and creators who move seamlessly between continents. Our client is redefining premium banking by blending payments, concierge, and rewards into a single, seamless Whats App experience.
Now, our client is expanding into luxury travel by launching a Whats App-native travel desk. This service will book flights and hotels, handle insurance and claims automatically, and unlock the world’s most exclusive perks for their members.
Mission (12–18 Months)- Launch flight and hotel booking inside Whats App, featuring elite-level service and automated card benefits/insurance.
- Secure a minimum of 10 anchor partnerships, including at least 2 major airlines and 3 luxury hotel groups or consortia.
- Build their supply infrastructure: NDC airline connections, hotel aggregators, and direct deals.
- Create the concierge playbook for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth travelers—covering everything from proactive protection to creating “signature moments.”
- Enterprise Travel Partnerships: A proven track record of personally closing multi-million dollar or multi-market deals with airlines or hotel groups. You can reference specific contracts and key counterparts.
- Luxury / HNW Mastery:
Deep understanding of UHNW traveler expectations, including upgrades, VIP protocols, “soft landings,” and handling irregular operations with discretion. - Supply & Tech Literacy:
Hands-on experience with NDC, GDS, and aggregator pathways for air travel. You understand hotel rate plans, consortia programs, and the nuances of chat-based fulfillment. - An Activatable Rolodex:
You can quickly secure senior-level introductions at key players like LATAM, Iberia, American Airlines, United (and their alliance partners), Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Accor, Belmond, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Virtuoso, and Traveller Made.
- Regional or Global Partnerships/Loyalty leaders from major airlines or hotel groups (U.S. focus preferred).
- Senior executives from luxury travel consortia or concierge networks (e.g., Virtuoso, Traveller Made, Ten Lifestyle Group, John Paul, Quintessentially).
- Experienced business development professionals from OTAs or NDC platforms (e.g., Despegar/Decolar, Booking Holdings, Hotelbeds, Duffel, Kyte, Travelfusion, Amadeus, Sabre).
- Boutique UHNW travel advisors who have scaled corporate or celebrity desks and understand the economics of white-glove service.
- Architect the end-to-end travel product within Whats App, including search, booking, payments, automated insurance claims, and VIP servicing.
- Negotiate and manage airline, hotel, and consortia partnerships that drive margin and create a loyalty differentiation.
- Shape the rewards and redemption model around travel value, blending cash, points, and soft benefits.
- Act as a bridge between product, operations, and brand to define the company’s global travel identity.
