The Role
The Front Desk Supervisor is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. Supervises at the Front Desk. Directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own: welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
- Minimum of 1 Year Front Office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Previous experience in a related position
- Knowledge of and ability to use Opera preferable
- Multi‑lingual, a plus

This is a full time, on‑site position requiring flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts.
Compensation$41.20/HR
