The stunning Forbes 4‑Star Conrad New York is looking for a Senior Event Manager to join the Events Team! Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3‑meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in‑room dining.

• Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals.
• Timely communication to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person.
• Create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet expectations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances.
• Sell and influence both internal and external clients.
• Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine the best solution.
• Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction, guidance, feedback, and coaching.
• Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary.
• Other duties as necessary based on business needs.
• Maintain regular attendance.

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality‑related experience at the manager level.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Delphi, fdc).
• Relevant degree in business development or related business field.

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000‑$99,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
