• Salary: $68,000 - $74,000 annually

• Support the daily oversight of Front Office, Housekeeping, and other operational areas as assigned.
• Foster a service-focused, inclusive culture that reflects Hyatt’s purpose of caring for people so they can be their best.
• Maintain operational excellence by monitoring staffing, service delivery, and departmental performance.
• Partner with department leaders to coach, support, and develop colleagues.
• Assist with guest recovery, problem resolution, and service follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, hotel policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in scheduling, payroll review, inventory controls, and reporting.
• Support all shift procedures and act as Manager-on-Duty as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain efficient, guest-ready operations.

• Minimum 1-2 years of hotel operations leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working within a unionized NYC hotel environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel operational workflows; familiarity with IWA-covered departments a plus.
• Warm, people-first leadership style aligned with Hyatt values.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and coaching skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly guest-centric environment.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS systems (Opera/Opera Cloud systems experience a plus).
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
