Location: New York
A luxury hotel chain in New York is seeking a Reservations Agent to enhance guest experiences by managing reservations and requests. The ideal candidate will maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel services and room availability while providing excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
