Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the restaurants pre-opening and opening phases, including recruitment, training, setup, and service strategy.
- Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, instilling a culture of passion, accountability, and creativity.
- Ensure commercial performance through revenue growth, cost control, and operational excellence.
- Represent the brand locally and help build strong visibility within the NYC market.
- Maintain close collaboration with the owners and creative directors to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
- Proven experience as General Manager (or Director of Operations) in high‑end or lifestyle restaurants.
- Strong exposure to openings and team‑building in fast‑paced, design‑conscious environments.
- Track record of driving both service excellence and commercial performance
. - Deep understanding of NYC hospitality culture, trends, and clientele.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands‑on, cha rismatic, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest connections
- International experience is a plus; fluent English required.
