Location: New York

A top global law firm is seeking a Concierge Assistant to join its Concierge and Conference Center team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional interested in making a move to a top-tier corporate/legal environment!

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome visitors and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive
  • Coordinate catering services and oversee food vendor interactions
  • Prepare visitor offices and manage travel, car, and restaurant bookings
  • Maintain concierge spaces and conference rooms across multiple floors
  • Monitor meeting room supplies and assist with technology and printing needs
  • Use scheduling tools to manage room reservations and update digital panels

  • Meeting spaces are always ready, organized, and equipped for success

Salary Range: $63,000 – 68,000 annually, based on experience

Location: New York, NY – On site
