As a luxury assisted living community, we operate much like a high‑end hotel and deliver the ultimate experience in guest services and hospitality every day. We are seeking an experienced, responsible and well‑mannered porter to create and maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment for our residents throughout our community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of busy common areas, including bathrooms, function rooms, stairways, hallways, parking lot, sidewalks, windows, carpets, floors and all other public areas.
• Provide cleaning services in accordance with guidelines established by the Director of Housekeeping, assist the Director when and where needed.
• Participate in special cleaning projects and assistance with snow removal as necessary.
• Engage residents, families, guests and team members with a friendly, courteous and positive attitude at all times.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).

Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills/Qualifications

• An upbeat, friendly, pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents and management.
• Consistent, reliable and thorough with all cleaning practices.
• Excel in providing cleaning services in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience providing cleaning services in the restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality or similar industry is a plus.
• Prior experience working with a senior population is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
