Front Desk Overnight

Breezy Point Resort is looking to hire a full-time Night Auditor at our Front Desk. The Front Desk/Night Auditor reconciles all the day’s financial activities, makes corrections as needed, and ensures the accuracy of those records. Front Desk/Night Auditor is required to be professional, hands-on and very pleasant, even in the event of adversity. They greet guests and provide registration; answering phone calls, meeting and exceeding the customer's expectations.

Duties include:

• Performing desk and accounting duties.
• Assures accuracy of accounting of information of the daily guest transactions.
• Provide guests with room keys and give guests directions around the resort.
• Compute bills and take payments.
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
• Shifts are from 10 pm to 8 am with a 30 hour work week.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking work environment.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Highly motivated individual.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Knowledge of computers and computer programs helpful; strong and diverse customer service backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Previous hotel experience a plus.
• Background screening is required for this position.
