The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Houseperson to join the Housekeeping Team. Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3‑meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in‑room dining.

Classification: Full‑Time

Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $31.77–$42.36/hour, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Union Position: This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full‑time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may vary from week to week.

As a Houseperson, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests, contributing to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, and emptying ashtrays.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves).
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
