Salary: $25 to $28 hourly + Commission

Responsibilities- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
- Check-in and check-out courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette based on hotel standards.
- Deliver mail and messages.
- Processing guest payments and inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Reconciles all transactions at the close of each shift.
- Handling phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etc.
- Coordinating with bell service and staff management.
- Coordinating transportation to and from the airport and coordinating any room changes or moves.
- Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
- Processing meal and beverage requests.
- Communicating important information with the previous and next shifts.
- Have knowledge of emergency procedures and assist as needed.
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
- Review all wake-up call requests, delivering all early morning calls, and complete appropriate shift pass on to the incoming team.
- Perform other duties as requested by the manager.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- Speaking, writing and reading English is required. Second language is a plus.
- French speaking a plus.
- Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.
- Have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
