Edith Macy Center is a conference center located in Briarcliff Manor, New York, 45 minutes from Manhattan. Edith Macy Center has more than 14,000 square feet of indoor conference space, 58 sleeping rooms, and we are situated among 405 wooded acres in the heart of Westchester County. What you will have an opportunity to do:

EDITH MACY CONFERENCE CENTER is looking for a high energy individual!
** Part-time or Full-Time Steward/Dishwasher
** position with a regular shift from
** 7******:
** 00 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:30-10:00pm.
**** Requirements:
*** Must be available to work
** at least 3
-4 days per week**, including
** weekends**, depending on business needs
* Flexibility to work a
** variety of days
** is essential
** Compensation:**  **$18–$19 per hour**, depending on experience (DOE)
** Responsibilities
* ** Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
* Wash worktables, walls and vent hoods.
* Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
* Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
* Sweep and Mop the kitchen floor.
* Assisting with waste disposal and recycling
* Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety standards
* Supporting the kitchen team as needed – we’re all in this together!
* ** MUST have clean, valid driver's license.
*** Previous experience working in a culinary/hotel/kitchen/catering environment is preferred.
* Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 35 pounds).
** Compensation:**$19.00-$20.00
