Restaurant​/Banquet Supervisor

• Manage assigned staff in accordance with hotel policies, assist in on-going training, supervision and evaluation of the Restaurant staff.
• Maintain current knowledge of Restaurant business trends and cost-effective management.
• Conduct pre-meal meetings with staff, including daily specials, reservation information and projected business.
• Participate in weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) Meetings.
• Ensure smooth operation of all outlets by circulating regularly.
• Assist with Server and Bartender duties as needed.

• Two years supervisory experience in Restaurant/Bar operation preferred.
• Must be able to work a varying schedule including nights and week-ends.
• Possession of certificate showing satisfactory completion of course on “Tips” or other similar hospitality industry course or ability to pass such course within six months of employment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
