We are seeking experienced Level 2 Hospitality Coordinators to support a major international sporting event. This role combines Hospitality, Amenities/Gifting, and F&B responsibilities and will work closely with Level 1 Managers and senior program leaders. This is a guest‑facing role that requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage Level 3 staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hospitality Desk Support
    • Assist the Hospitality Desk Manager with daily operations
    • Cross‑check welcome materials with arrival manifests
    • Maintain a clean, organized Hospitality Desk and guest flow area
    • Support guest onboarding and greet VIP arrivals
    • Update daily content for Hospitality Suite information screens
    • Provide on‑site support during peak arrival windows and transfers
  • Amenities & Gifting
    • Assist with organizing, distributing, and tracking guest amenities
    • Support uniform distribution and inventory management
    • Coordinate amenity bag assembly based on guest arrivals
    • Assist with load‑in, room drops, deliveries, and post‑event reconciliation
    • Help prepare shipments of remaining items with logistics teams
  • Food & Beverage Support
    • Work with the F&B Manager to oversee hotel and Suite F&B services
    • Review banquet orders daily and support pre‑con meetings
    • Ensure buffet and meal setups are correct, clean, replenished, and labeled
    • Coordinate bus snacks, coolers, ice, and beverage restocking with hotel and transportation teams
    • Support special dietary needs and guest requests
Requirements
  • 4+ years of event, hospitality, or large‑scale operations experience
  • Strong communication and guest‑facing skills
  • Ability to oversee and support Level 3 staff
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment
  • Must be available June 11 – July 24
  • Must live within commutable distance to a host venue
