Food & Beverage Attendant | The Beach Hotel
We’re searching high and low for a true ‘people person’ with a real passion for pub food and drinks. Sure, everyone serves food and drinks but you bring the magic and make it unforgettable!
A day in the life of a F&B Attendant- Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
- Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
- From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
- Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
- You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
- You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
- You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability. An RCG mod 1 and Gaming licence would also be preferred.
- Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
