We’re searching high and low for a few ‘people persons’ ready to jump into the action and deliver high‑energy experiences during our key bandroom events. Think of this as your own rockstar gig: you bring the energy, the enthusiasm, and the commitment to make every show unforgettable!

Hours for this role are strictly gig‑based
. You will only be scheduled for shifts when there are shows, concerts, or major events booked in the venue.

• Be the face of the action, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Support the venue's core operations, quickly adapting to different tasks like crowd flow management, ticket checks, or setting up/breaking down event areas.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our standards are sky‑high and the experience is one to remember.

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible night‑focused availability.
