We are looking for Part‑Time Room Attendants to join our great team! We’re centrally located to Saratoga Race Course, RPI, SUNY Albany, Siena College, and downtown Albany is only 10 miles south. There are 114 pet‑friendly rooms consisting of studio, 1‑ and 2‑bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, free Wi‑Fi and smart TV’s. An indoor heated pool and fitness center are also available with safety restrictions in place.

The Towne Place Suites Latham is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award‑winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.

This position requires weekend availability.

Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training. Excellent customer service skills. Able to work alone or as part of a team. Ability to work on feet for extended periods. Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 pounds, and lift, carry up to 25 pounds. And most importantly, an engaging personality.

$17.25/hour
