Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staffing, scheduling, and training
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and communication
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with the Director of Housekeeping to develop and implement policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members, and visitors
Demonstrate a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent required
