Our historic 504‑room hotel, located near iconic New York City attractions, offers 7,400 square feet of event space.

Shift Pattern: Overnight, 11 pm – 7 am (full availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays)

Pay Range: $30.23 – $40.31 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and complete the registration process, including data entry, room rate confirmation, room selection, electronic key coding, marketing promotion, welcome packet, and bellperson accompaniment.
  • Assist with guest checkout, ensuring accurate room and service charges, processing payments via POS, handling money, cards, foreign currency, change, gift certificates, and payment records.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel inventory, rates, packages, promotions, local area, and answer guest inquiries.
  • Use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues in a friendly, efficient manner.
  • Field guest complaints, investigate, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
  • Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests.
