Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $30.23 – $40.31 per hour, based on experience and location

Union:
Local 6 – complete open availability is required. This position is part of the union and full‑time hours or schedule restrictions are not guaranteed. Hours may vary week to week until seniority is established.

What will I be doing?
  • Greet guests, complete the registration process, and code electronic keys while promoting marketing programs and providing welcome packets.
  • Assist guests with check‑out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted, processing payments, and handling foreign currency and gift certificates.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area, answering guest questions and inquiries.
  • Use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Field guest complaints and conduct research to negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
  • Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests.
