Senior Head of Hotel Recruitment - North America

Position: Director of Food & Beverage

Salary Range: $105,000–$130,000 + Bonus + PTO + 401k

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Food & Beverage to lead all food and beverage operations within a full-service hotel in Queens, NYC. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering
  • Lead, develop, and manage department leaders and team members
  • Drive revenue growth while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, concepts, and guest experience
  • Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Implement and refine service standards, operating procedures, and training programs
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in hotel or large-scale food & beverage operations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&Ls
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food & beverage trends, service standards, and regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
