- Supports the Director of Human Resources in implementing employee communication tools, promoting core values, and coordinating engagement activities.
- Oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of the hotel's training programs, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and brand standards.
- Mentor departmental trainers, monitors training effectiveness, and drives a strong learning culture across the hotel.
- Actively contributes to the development of training materials and supports continuous improvement through Hyattrack, Hyattrain, and Global Curriculum initiatives.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.
Fluency in spoken and written English required.
Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
