Maxime’s is the newest private members club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.

We are seeking a talented Floor Manager to join our world‑class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Floor Manager will assist with overseeing the restaurant operations, providing a level of service that exceeds guest expectations, and ensuring all staff work together as an effective team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

• Proven success as a Floor Manager within fine dining, Michelin‑starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
• Inspires strong leadership by fostering team spirit, boosting morale, and cultivating trust among colleagues.
