What will I be doing?

As a Mini-Bar Attendant, you will be an essential part of the housekeeping team, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and luxurious in-room refreshment experience. In alignment with the hotel's Forbes Five-Star aspirations, you will be responsible for maintaining, restocking, and inspecting in-room refreshment centers with efficiency and attention to detail. Your commitment to excellence and service will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience and maximizing revenue.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Take inventory and restock mini-bars using handheld technology while verifying product expiration dates.
  • Prepare accurate guest charges for consumed items.
  • Inspect mini-bars to ensure proper functionality and report any maintenance needs.
  • Clean and organize mini-bars as needed to maintain five-star service standards.
  • Ensure all mini-bar items are presented neatly and meet brand requirements.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional refreshment items.
  • Maintain security of refreshment center stock and report any discrepancies.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the housekeeping team.

The rate of pay for this role is $29.15- $38.87 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
