Are you a high‑caliber hospitality leader with a passion for premium coastal venues? We are seeking a sophisticated and commercially savvy Publican to take the helm of the Narrabeen Sands Hotel.

Perfectly positioned on the iconic Northern Beaches, the Narrabeen Sands Hotel is a premium, multi‑faced venue that offers everything from high‑volume bistro and bar service to boutique hotel accommodation. This role requires an experienced operator who can manage the complexities of a large‑scale destination venue while maintaining the high service standards our local community and visitors expect.

• You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like it’s your own modern‑day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
• You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high‑performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
