Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Job Summary: The Director of Housekeeping manages all aspects of the housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and satisfaction throughout the property. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness in guestrooms, public areas, and work spaces.

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff,:pincluding hiring, training, evaluating personnel, and terminating employees.

• Assist the General Manager in developing and monitoring the department’s annual budget.

• Establish and maintain cost control systems for staffing, inventories, and cleaning supplies.

• Enforce policies and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Schedule staff according to business levelsన్స్ and labor standards.
