About You

You have previous experience in guest reception and front office operations, ideally within a premium hospitality environment. Highly dependable and organised, you excel at managing multiple tasks while ensuring a calm and welcoming atmosphere during the night shift. With strong communication and problem‑solving skills, you take a guest‑focused approach in everything you do. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work independently make you a trusted presence, ensuring every guest feels safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Establishes and maintains a harmonious working and professional relationship with guests, Front Office Department, Housekeeping Department and all Andaz Employees.
  • Is aware of, adheres to and assures that all Guest Experience Team follow hotel rules and policies at all times.
  • To oversee and manage the Guest Experience Office and ensure the experience for our guests whilst ensuring they receive an outstanding, seamless, 5 star service in all interactions with members of the Guest Experience Team.
  • Ensures employee grooming standards are immaculate at all times.
  • Complete all tasks on their designated task list in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring all necessary follow‑up and communication is complete prior to ending their shift.
  • Must lead by excellent example at all times and act as the point of contact for guest’s issues, requests and queries.
  • Greeting valued guests and assisting them with any requests, ranging from arrival to departure needs.
  • Reviewing all arrival reports and ensuring that VIP information is shared with the FOH teams.
  • Acts as Lobby Host when required, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless guest experience during arrivals and departures.
  • Oversees arrival and departure flow in the absence of the Door Host, maintaining exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction while supporting with Door Host responsibilities.
